Twins Paradox: Chicago Half Marathon: The aftermath and the beginning of something new!

Having had a week of hobbling around, my legs are finally back to
normal. Once the pain had subsided, a new thought hits, what am I
training for now? The massive adrenaline boost I got has also
subsided, which leaves quite an empty feeling, especially if you’ve
been building up to something for a pretty long time and you go out
and do it. Then there’s a gap, what next?!

It’s often said that when, say for example, athletes reach their
goal after training everything for it, they suddenly feel empty. So
then there’s the time to set new goals and go for more. Onwards and
upwards! What about doing a Marathon? Or keeping this sporting goal
but setting more goals in other areas such as taking up my clarinet
again?
